1. Service Fulfilment
All consultations are delivered either online (via email / video / phone) or in person at the agreed clinic location.
2. Turnaround Time
After successful payment and submission of required details, appointments or reports are typically scheduled within 24 to 48 hours.
Any delays will be communicated via email.
3. Digital Documents
Prescriptions, summaries, or follow-up notes are sent electronically to the email address provided during booking.
