1. Consultation Bookings
Once a consultation fee is paid and the doctor has begun reviewing the case, the payment becomes non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled by emailing contact@drsaadmd.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled slot.
3. Doctor-Initiated Cancellations
If a consultation must be cancelled by the doctor for unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
4. Payment Disputes
All transactions are securely handled by Razorpay. In case of disputes, you may contact us directly at contact@drsaadmd.com
